In the beginning of the movie, it shows 10 Treblemakers, although there are only 8 before Jesse, Benji and Kolio join. The film opened in selected theaters on Septemand everywhere on October 5, 2012. The soundtrack was released digitally on September 25, 2012, and physically on October 2, 2012. The screenplay was written by Kay Cannon, loosely adapted from the book of the same name by Mickey Rapkin. When the Bellas are up to perform, they sing Cheap Thrills but are interrupted when Taps plays over. Pitch Perfect is a 2012 musical comedy film directed by Jason Moore. The other three are the Barden Bellas, the High Notes and the BU Harmonics. Beca meets Theo (Guy Burnet), who works with DJ Khaled. The Tonehangers are seen singing T-Pain's Booty Wurk after. They are also one of the four A Cappella groups at Barden University. The Tonehangers are an all-male a cappella group composed of four former college singers who are possibly Barden University alumnis (they are said in a deleted scene to gatecrash Barden initiation parties, but only seen in the film at the Regionals held at Carolina University) who are still emotionally invested in their past career. In the Riff-Off 2, they were first cut off since Benji discontinued performing their song because he saw an 'angel' in his eyes (in fact it was actually his crush). In the sequel they perform Lollipop to the freshmen at the school's new students orientation. It was shown that they won the Riff-Off, when the High Notes were disqualified when one of their members was shown stoned and both the Bellas and the BU Harmonics were disqualified for matching the word "it" (It Feels Like the First Time) to "it's" (No Diggity). The Bellas has ventured into the ridiculous, but the shift may reward open-minded fans looking to laugh. ![]() ![]() The Treblemakers is an all-boy a cappella group at Barden University (based on "On the Rocks" an all-male a cappella group at the University of Oregon) in Atlanta, Georgia who has won the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella six times before they lost to the Barden Bellas. Pitch Perfect 3 is light on logic or plot, but heavy on humor. Unfortunately, despite being the series’ best and funniest installment, Pitch Perfect 3 is also its least queer.Sure, Beca (Anna Kendrick) is still sexually confused, the group still stays together in close quarters, and there’s still a bit of romantic tension between Beca and her best friend, Chloe (Brittany Snow). –Bumper and Donald during new Treblemakers initiation
